Being Good to Yourself

What do you do to be good to you?

Reading a new book or perhaps an all time favorite to reread is a good way to be good to one's self. Some would say take a walk or ride a bike. Then some would choose running with the wind in their hair and a song in their heart. I know someone who would definitely choose a song in their heart. Some would choose new foods and some would NOT eat!

Let's take a closer look. What really makes us feel better?

Affirmation: (Here's some tricks.)

My time to enjoy life is now.

I take good care of the Child in Me.
I surround myself with people who nourish me.
Happiness is a choice. I choose happiness.
